Our client is looking for an Office Administration Manager to set up the Singapore office.

About Our Client

Our client is an well-funded and also well-established non-profit organisation. They are well-known in the academic world. As they expand globally and establish presence in Asia, they are looking for an Office Manager to support the set-up, communication and day to day operations alongside with the Director of Asia.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities include:

- Maintaining budget and keeping track of the yearly budgeting

- Establish working relationship with contractors, vendors and other partners

- Managing simple PO, bank account opening tasks

- Providing a conducive environment and operating facilities for day to day operations

- Working closely with VP of the programme based in Singapore as well as in the U.S.

- Some travel management and expense claims

- Assisting in events and projects on the administrative capacity

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidate must have

- 8 years of administration and office management experience

- able to work independently

- experience in being in the pioneer team and office set-up
