About Our Client

Job Description
Fully in-charge of office design, renovation, project management and moving matters
Facilities and vendor management
Responsible for price negotiations for purchasing of office supplies and equipment
Work with internal and external stakeholders
Ad-hoc secretarial support to directors
IT set-up for new joiners
Support HR admin such as on/off boarding and pass application
Assist finance activities such as year-end budget report preparation and submission
The Successful Applicant
At least 8 years of office management experience or in similar capacity
Preferably experience from the investment or financial services industry as this is the focus of the business and they require someone who understands the business and internal lingo
Team player yet able to work independently
Good command of Mandarin to liaise with stakeholders that are seated in the main headquarters in China
Stakeholder management skills
Meticulous and analytic mindset
Ability to multi-task
