About Our Client

Our client is a fairly new set up office in Singapore and currently looking for an office manager to join their growing business.

Job Description

  • Office lease agreement negotiations
  • Office renovations
  • Safe entry and temperature checks
  • Safe distancing officer for the office
  • On boarding for newcomers
  • Facilities management
  • Minor payroll duties
  • Pantry & supplies stocking up
  • Additional admin duties will apply

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 4 years of office administration/management experience
  • Experience working in similar small to mid-zed offices will be an advantage
  • Office renovation setup experience
  • Office move coordination experience is an advantage
  • Proficient use of all Microsoft office tool as this is required to be used on a daily basis in the job
  • Minor payroll experience is preferred as this is required in the role
