About Our Client

Our client is a private investment firm with a global footprint with their head office in Singapore.

Job Description

Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered

Facilities and vendor management

Purchasing and overseeing pantry supplies and office equipment

IT set-up for new joiners

Support HR admin such as on-boarding and off-boarding

Work with internal and external stakeholders

Events management such as company dinner and etc

The Successful Applicant

At least 3 year(s) of office management experience or in similar capacity

Ex cabin crew experience and exposure will be highly beneficial for this role as the job description requires high levels of customer service experience with constant exposure to very senior stakeholders and client management

Art gallery operations experience is also welcome as the entire operations of the office has a high net worth art collections which require a certain level of maintenance

Solid stakeholders management skills

Ability to multi-task

Team player yet able to work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
