About Our Client
Our client is looking to expand it's footprints across South East Asia for the first them, they are new to the region and therefore will be looking for solid office support to assist them with their ambitious growth plans.
As the office manager, you will be expected to help set up the new office of the business. You will start with selecting the right serviced office and then as you grow you will then orchastrate the entire office move from sratch. You will be working alongside 2 very senior people within the business and will be expected to provide them with full secretarial support in the meantime to them. You will also handle payroll and handle EP apllications.
The Successful Applicant
- 5-8 years of relevant office manager/HR/payroll/secretarial experience
- Office set up experience will be an advantage
- Experience supporting C-suite level is preferred
- Experience within the IT industry is highly preferred given the nature of business of this client
