About Our Client

Supporting the CEO on both business and personal matters
Managing calendars and scheduling of appointment
Engage with external stakeholders
Expense management and filing of documents
Screening of incoming calls
Prepare presentation decks and reports
Travel arrangement such as flights and visa applications
Support projects as and when required
Attend to personal admin tasks for the CEO
Support in ad-hoc admin tasks
The Successful Applicant
At least 5 year(s) of experience in EA/secretarial experience or in similar capacity
Solid stakeholders management skills
Assertive, precise and excellent gatekeeper
Strong self-motivation, ability to accept and respond to challenges in a positive manner
Organised and detail-oriented.
Ability to multi-task
Excellent time management skill
