About Our Client

Our client is a European company well known for their fine wine. As they continue to expand in Singapore and also their SEA market, they are looking for a Sales Manager to come on-board to manage a team of 3-5, pursuing client excellence in the market.

Job Description

Your key responsibility includes:

- reporting to Global Sales Director on sales forecast, sales achievement and strategy

- managing in total 350 key accounts and private clients to ensure quality service is delivered

- leading a team of 3-5 locally to supervise and ensure smooth sales and service

- maximising client relationship and client potentials

- groom and grow employees in the team to achieve their targets

- overseeing account receivables

- ensuring the cash flow of the company is maximised at all time

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidates must have

- at least 3 years of experience in related industries such as fine wine to have industry knowledge

- passionate and interested in wine products and lifestyle

- sales management experience to be able to take on the P&L of a market

- people management experience to help the company groom talents
