About Our Client
Maintain a presentable and tidy front desk at all times
Possesses professional telephone etiquette and can redirect calls/enquiries as necessary.
Provide basic yet accurate information in-person and via email
Welcome and greet all guests and visitors and direct to respective meeting rooms and inform relevant parties. Offer and arrange refreshments to be served.
Manage and coordinate meeting room calendars. Assist with meeting room bookings where necessary.
Take responsibility for printing name cards and newspaper subscriptions and managing inventory of stock
Arrange for retrieval and storage of files for external archiving
Manage Internal Communications and circulate as appropriate
Manage postage register and records. Replenish postage stocks where necessary
Arrange for local and overseas Couriers and maintain proper and accurate records for payment verification
Pantry Management and ordering of refreshments, fruits and other office stock and stationary.
Arrange for maintenance and repair of office equipment and ensure compliance with terms agreed, if any.
Arrange with building management on minor repairs of lights, air conditioning and other routine maintenance.
Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting access cards and maintaining logs systematically.
Assist in binding, photo copying and collation of documentation
Perform Ad hoc Admin tasks where necessary
Check invoices against goods or services before submitting for payment
Preparing of meeting and training rooms
Assist in organization of company events
The Successful Applicant
Must have prior front desk and administrative experience
Should have a good command of written and spoken English
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Be an strong team player
