Job Description
Welcoming guests into the premises and providing refreshments for meetings
Screening of incoming calls and ensure that they are directed to the relevant receivers
Meeting rooms management
Replenishment of pantry beverages
Facilities and vendor management
Mail management such as receiving incoming mails
Ad-hoc secretarial cover
The Successful Applicant
At least 3 year(s) of receptionist experience or in similar capacity
Prior experience in receptionist role would be an added advantage as they would have prior knowledge of telephone switchboard operation which is required for this positionAnyone with a prior customer-facing role are welcome to apply due to the high level of customer-centric aspects
Solid stakeholders management skills
Ability to multi-task
Team player yet able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Office programmes
