One of the largest oil and gas companies in the world. The company specializes in exploration, production, refining, and distribution of oil and natural gas, as well as the manufacturing of petrochemical products.

Job Description

  • Provide front desk reception services, including attending to visitors, serving refreshments to guests, and managing incoming calls.
  • Handle and record all incoming and outgoing mail, local and international deliveries, and courier services.
  • Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and meeting rooms.
  • Monitor, order, and manage pantry supplies and first aid kit inventory.
  • Prepare meeting rooms according to specified requirements.
  • Assist with the issuance of corporate passes, such as staff passes, visitor passes, and excursion passes.
  • Coordinate visitor registration and liaise with Tower Management for office repair reporting, supervision, and coordination.
  • Maintain and update office seating plans and ensure the company portal information is current.
  • Support office maintenance activities, including pest control and carpet cleaning.
  • Manage the inventory of corporate gifts, ensuring proper issuance and record-keeping.
  • Perform scanning and photocopying tasks as needed.
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.



The Successful Applicant

  • Has 2 years of receptionist experience
  • Strong customer service orientation with attention to details.
  • Strong business acumens and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with individuals at all levels.
  • Professional in appearance and demeanor, capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative team player with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively liaise with stakeholders from China.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
