About Our Client

The client is an international claims management and insurance services company, providing a range of services primarily related to the insurance industry, including claims adjustment, loss adjusting, and risk management.

Job Description

  • Cultivate and manage relationships with brokers and other clients to expand client base
  • Assist in the setup of new claims programs, and manage its day-to-day operations
  • Provide training and support on the client's services and drive thought leadership initiatives
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance client engagement and performance
  • Support the client's country operations in Asia, ensuring data capture and service delivery is achieving client expectations

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in developing strategic partnerships and managing broker/client relationships
  • Experience in market research and sales strategy implementation, with a proven track record in business development
  • Exposure to claims management software is a plus
