Job Description

  • Manage fund collateral and ensure timely production and delivery of regulatory materials (fact sheets, performance reviews, etc.).
  • Participate in product delivery meetings to facilitate the dissemination of regulatory and product communication materials.
  • Support sales by crafting product messaging and customising investment presentations for various channels.
  • Collaborate with Compliance for clearance and manage versions of sales materials.
  • Oversee the upload of fund materials to external platforms and manage translations.



The Successful Applicant

  • 4 years of experience in product management or a similar role within financial services, ideally asset management.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a solid understanding of the Singapore funds management industry.
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Independent, proactive, and capable of solving problems with minimal supervision.
  • Any experience working with CRM systems would be a plus
