The Regulatory Affairs Specialist will lead efforts in supporting regulatory strategies throughout the product lifecycle. This role focuses on achieving timely and efficient regulatory approvals, both pre-market and post-market, for the company's medical devices and any future product developments.

Job Description

  • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and guidelines within the Life Sciences sector.
  • Manage quality assurance processes to maintain product integrity.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain RAQA procedures and systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute product strategies.
  • Conduct internal audits and manage external audit processes.
  • Coordinate with global teams to ensure alignment on RAQA processes and protocols.
  • Lead training sessions on RAQA procedures for internal stakeholders.
  • Stay abreast of industry regulations and trends to ensure ongoing compliance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful RAQA Specialist should have:

  • A diploma or degree in a relevant field such as Life Sciences, Engineering, or similar.
  • Proven experience in a similar RAQA role preferably within the medical devices or Life Sciences Technology sector.
  • A comprehensive understanding of regulatory standards and quality assurance processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of medical device regulations will be a plus.
