Job Description

  • Create and execute performance - driven campaigns across all marketing channels and platforms to meet key campaign objectives for the brand portfolio
  • Conceptualise and manage marketing collaterals with cross function team
  • Review marketing plan and activities to evaluate the effectiveness and execution of marketing activities and implement methods that will result in greater or heightened efficiency
  • Generate partner buy - in for the tactical campaign to drive incremental reach through partners owned channels
  • Build and strengthen relationships with trade and mall partners to optimise consumer outreach initiatives
  • Manage all brand activities through a quarterly calendar to ensure smooth and seamless marketing management processes and upkeep the brand assets to ensure consistency in brand messages to promote the brand values
  • Develop and plan digital marketing strategy aligned with brand objectives, including email marketing, paid social and display advertising campaigns
  • Develop a CRM program strategy to actively drive member sign-up and improve customer lifetime value
  • Manage the A&P budget

The Successful Applicant

  • 3 years in Marketing, Advertising & Promotions environment, or similar capacity.
  • B2C in retail or consumer marketing background, a plus
