Job Description
- Responsible for handing all merchandise mix, and able to understand the product, pricing, maintenance, styling, and related professional knowledge.
- Familiar with the professional knowledge of the brand's products.
- Support merchandise transfer, stock take, inventory counts.
- According to the company's standard requirements and procedures, cooperate with the completion of store goods circulation, inventory counting, and points related affairs.
- Maximise sales by achieving sales targets.
- Providing good hospitality and customer services to each walk in customers
- Is familiar with CRM system to follow up with current and new customers
- Develop own VIP customer base
The Successful Applicant
- Willing to work in the retail industry.
- Retail, with a Sales background in luxury a plus
- Customer Service communication style and services, and selling skills.
- Cheerful, with a positive attitude and professional selling techniques.
- Outgoing team player with interpersonal and communication skills.
