About Our Client

Our client is an International organisation in advanced learning and education, covering both part time and full time courses mainly for adults and working individuals. They have launched their office in Singapore with a plan to grow the B2C side of the business. At the moment, they are looking for a Sales Executive to join the team.

Job Description

You will report to the Head of Sales, and your responsibilities include:

- Engaging with existing customers to propose suitable products

- Following up on valid leads to arrange calls and meetings with potential customer

- Being consultative and being a solution provide to customer's inquiries

- Reporting to the managers for conversion rate and other performance parameters

- Following up with customers on outcomes

- Creating new network through referrals and connections

- Closing sales orders and ensure products and services being fulfilled to the customers

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidate must have

- at least 2 years of experience in sales and the customer service industry to capture the target market

- able to work 5 days a week including one day of the weekend

- passionate and driven

What's on Offer

You will be working in a role wth both basic and high commission where commission is not capped. You will also be mentored by experienced managers within the education trade to deliver service excellence to customers.
