Reporting to the Sales Director, you are responsible for driving business development and expanding my client's presence in the Southeast Asia region. As an individual contributor, you will play a key role in building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs - focusing on the Building Materials sector.

With international production facilities, my client serves over 36 countries, focusing on innovation, customisation, and high-quality products for the construction, manufacturing, and home improvement industries.

Job Description



  • Business Development & Sales Execution
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in SEA, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.


  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients, providing tailored solutions and exceptional post-sales support.


  • Market Analysis & Strategic Input
    • Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights to guide product development and strategy.


  • Reporting & Collaboration
    • Track sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts, and collaborate with internal teams to align on customer needs and deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

  • About 3 years of B2B Sales experience in the Building Materials, Plastics, Manufacturing or related sectors
  • About 1 year of regional travel experience in the SEA region
  • Comfortable with extensive travel to the HQ, production facilities, and customers' sites
