About Our Client
Our client is an international MNC with strong footprint around the globe and their internationally recognised accolades.
Manage end-to-end campaign execution process from liaising with Design team, Content team and Business to deliver email campaigns.
Plan and manage CRM email marketing campaign calendar
Prepare the eDM lists, forms, email journey, email build and create data driven reports
Ensure effective targeting of segment audience; and manage the scheduling of multiple marketing automation campaigns to optimise
A/B test and optimise email marketing campaigns using data drive insights to create actionable reports to optimise campaign results
Manage and deliver for life cycle email campaigns to drive targeted Life Cycle, reactivation, cross-sell and retention campaigns
Install best practices for campaign metrics, set and measure KPIs and deliverable
The Successful Applicant
At least 4 years of experience in email marketing and/or CRM campaign implementation and management
Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot or other email marketing tools is a must as this is the main key area of responsibilities
Team player yet able to work independently
Experience working with databases, data analysis, segmentation and email marketing platforms. SQL, AMPscript skills would be an advantage
Numerate with the ability to produce reports and derive valuable insights and analysis
