About Our Client
Our client is an esteemed European luxury watch maison with a strong local and regional presence. Additionally, they also have a strong pool of high net-worth clients. As the brand continues their expansion plan in Singapore, they are now looking for a Senior Sales Associate to be a part of their organisation.
Job Description
Your responsibilities include:
- Reporting to the Boutique Manager
- Performing day to day sales operations and client engagements
- Demonstrating excellent product knowledge to achieve relevant sales targets
- Providing excellent customer service to high net-worth clients
- Building customer loyalty through clienteling
- Working with team members to accomplish sales KPIs
- Additional duties as required
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate must have
- At least 1 year of experience in a luxury retail role to have the relevant industry and brand knowledge
- An entrepreneurship mentality and a sales-driven attitude
- Ability to work retail shift-hours
