About Our Client

Our client is an expanding retail brand that is well-known in the region. As they continue to expand to more overseas market, they are looking for an Talent Acquisition Assistant Manager (individual contributor) to manage the recruitment in Singapore, setting up ATS and also working on overseas market for the initial hiring needs.

Job Description

You will report to the GM and your responsibilities include:

- Managing end to end recruitment from job posting to interviews and offer management

- Recruiting for both retail front line positions as well as key leadership corporate level roles

- Working closely with the GM in setting up good HR hiring policies and tracking system

- Interviewing and on-boarding vendors in order to build an ATS system

- Working with overseas recruiters to start the team in various market

- Working with the rest of the HR team on other initiatives

The Successful Applicant

Successful candidates must have:

- at least 4 years of experience in recruiting and in HR in order to understand the job requirement

- independent and also has a sense of ownership

- passionate for fashion, design and lifestyle

- no regional experience is required
