Job Description

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for the team across APAC, SEA, and Oceania, working closely with hiring managers on hiring needs, sourcing, and interviewing candidates to offer management and pre-onboarding support.
  • Hire for technical and non-technical positions, as well as white and blue-collar roles.
  • Source applicants through the in-house Application Tracking System, online channels such as LinkedIn and other professional networks, and industry partners.
  • Post job advertisements on the in-house ATS, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
  • Schedule and assist in interview and selection procedures.
  • Maintain a list of the active and pipelined talent pools in the relevant sector.
  • Be involved in any projects and recruiting initiatives.

The Successful Applicant

  • Qualified bachelor's degree with 5 years of relevant work experience in chemical manufacturing industry
  • Possesses strong knowledge of full-cycle of sourcing and recruiting practices, excellent organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Has excellent communication skills in both written and verbal, good presentation skills and stakeholder management
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ATS
