Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you are responsible for the new business development in Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia. You will be the first-hire based in Singapore, and practise remote working arrangements. Key industrial markets that you will target include Semiconductor and Data Centre segments, specifically focusing on solutions related to plumbing, heating, and water quality management.

Job Description



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, focusing on new business opportunities and effective market penetration - specific to Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.


  • Utilise technical expertise in valve/HVAC/Fluid Solutions to support customer needs, from product selection to after-sales technical support.


  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships while proactively expanding the customer base through strategic partnerships.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ie. Pre-Sales, Marketing, etc) to optimise resource utilisation and drive demand creation activities, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.



The Successful Applicant

  • Comfortable with an Individual Contributor position (Only Employee in Singapore), adopting remote working arrangements.
  • Comfortable with about 40% of regional travel.
  • About 5 years of B2B Sales/Business Development, including Technical Sales experience.
  • Industrial experience in Fluid Solutions/HVAC/Valve/Plumbing/Drainage or other relevant fields.
  • Strong contact network in Semiconductor and Data Centre industries - focus market segments.
  • Experienced in managing the entire Sales cycle, including post-sales activities to maintain strong key relationships and answer technical enquiries when required.
