As the HR Business Partner, you will be the advisor to your respective business unit on all HR matters of the employees' life cycle. You will be taking on a leadership position and be responsible for talent planning, implementation of HR strategies, compensation and benefits, employee relations and union matters.

Desing and Implement HR policies
As the HR Business Partner, you will be shouldering the full responsibility for the full spectrum of HR operations, policies and strategies. You will also be focused on recruitment and play a key role in leading the implementation of HR strategies in the company and ensuring the smooth delivery of processes.
