This is a front of office and HR/Office Assistant role. This role reports to the office manager and will be taking care of the general office administration as well as assisting the HR manager on employee engagement duties.

As Receptionist and Junior Secretary, you will be doing a 50/50 hybrid role. You will be seated at the front desk, be the first point of contact with anyone who comes into the business. You should exude strong level of customer service and have professional attire. In addition, you will be serving as a junior secretary and performing duties such as calendar management, scheduling of appointments for a small team, travel coordination and T&E claims.
