These duties include and are not limited to: Job sizing, job description and evaluation exercises, establishing framework for remuneration and grading structures, performance appraisals, annual salary and market salary survey reviews, cost analysis and bench-marking for employee benefits, payroll processing and reviewing HR policies and procedures as necessary.
