As the Junior HR Business Partner, you will be responsible in aligning the company's business objectives with employees and line managers. You will be supporting the operation & support team on all their HR related matters and take on a leadership position to partner them with talent planning and recruitment, implementing of HR strategies, compensation and benefits reviews and any other HR projects that may arise.
