Tell us about your PageGroup career so far

I’m proud and happy to have developed really quickly in my career with PageGroup, taking on new assignments and more responsibilities periodically. Leading teams and driving businesses comes naturally to me and I was tasked to lead the Michael Page Finance and currently the Human Resources team.

What is the most rewarding part of your job? 

The most rewarding part of my job is people development. Being able to see new consultants develop into experienced recruiters and managers is the highlight of this job for me.

What is the usual day-to-day schedule for you at PageGroup? 

My usual day-to-day schedule can be classified into three parts: Management, Business and Recruitment.
Management – one-on-one reviews with my key people on their businesses and processes.
Business – Looking at key client relationships and new market opportunities.
Recruitment – Working on senior roles in the market.

What is the best thing about working for PageGroup?

Working with like-minded and ambitious individuals who spur and motivate you progressively.

What attracted you to a career in recruitment?

I wanted to do a sales-related role and recruitment was appealing as I was intrigued by the possibility and challenges of interacting with people from both the client and candidate perspective.

Stay focused, plan your career in yearly milestones and take every opportunity to improve your strengths and weaknesses.
